You must create an account to access the workspace features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
The information and analysis provided by FinThread Solutions is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FinThread Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Reports and analysis generated through the Service are licensed for your personal or internal business use only.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal and financial data with enterprise-grade security measures including 256-bit encryption, secure data centers, and strict access controls.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice.
In no event shall FinThread Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
